SV-29511r1_rule Local users exist on a workstation in a domain.

Vulnerability discussion

To minimize potential points of attack, local users, other than built-in accounts such as Administrator and Guest accounts, should not exist on a workstation in a domain. Users should always log onto workstations in a domain domain with their domain accounts. This does not apply to laptop PCs which are designed to function both on the domain and off the domain.

Pro Tips

Lavender hyperlinks in small type off to the right (of CSS class id, if you view the page source) point to globally unique URIs for each document and item. Copy the link location and paste anywhere you need to talk unambiguously about these things.

You can obtain data about documents and items in other formats. Simply provide an HTTP header Accept: text/turtle or Accept: application/rdf+xml.
