The display of messages will be prevented when a program requests the Firewall add the program to the program exception list when connected to the domain.

Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> Network Connections -> Windows Firewall -> Domain Profile "Windows Firewall: Prohibit notifications" to "Enabled". Configure a comparable setting if a third-party firewall is used.
