Disables the carrier’s application center directory on a BlackBerry device. Application Center is the public BlackBerry application store where BlackBerry applications can be purchased and then downloaded on the BlackBerry. Most applications are not DoD-approved and may contain malware that could be downloaded on a BlackBerry and transferred to the DoD enclave.
