If Sendmail is not configured to log at level 9, system logs may not contain the information necessary for tracking unauthorized use of the sendmail service.
Check sendmail to determine if the logging level is set to level nine: # grep "O L" /etc/sendmail.cf OR # grep LogLevel /etc/sendmail.cf If logging is set to less than nine, this is a finding.
Edit the sendmail.cf file, locate the "O L" or "LogLevel" entry and change it to "9".
Lavender hyperlinks in small type off to the right (of CSS
class id
, if you view the page source) point to
globally unique URIs for each document and item. Copy the
link location and paste anywhere you need to talk
unambiguously about these things.
You can obtain data about documents and items in other
formats. Simply provide an HTTP header Accept:
text/turtle
or
Accept: application/rdf+xml
.
